W.E. believe that every blogger's voice should be heard and are constantly astounded by the quality, honesty and variety in what you share with us. Every Monday, Wear Eponymous sits down to interview a blogger who has something to say in their own unique and engaging words.
Today we speak with Lexi from Lexi Likes about her love of anything quirky and a good messy bun!
W.E: Hey! Tell us who you are!
Lexi: Hello! I'm Lexi, I'm a 14 year old writer and fashion blogger from London. I love photography, art, travelling and anything quirky.
W.E: What made you venture into blogging?
Lexi: I loved writing and I wanted to start building a portfolio of work. I'd always loved fashion and being creative so it made sense to focus on that. It's a great way of sharing my opinions and and documenting my style as it evolves.
W.E: What is your go-to hair-do?:
Lexi: My hair is ALWAYS in a messy bun when I'm at home or running around. If not, it's usually down and I like it to be quite wavy and messy to frame my face.
W.E: What has been the most rewarding factor about blogging for you?
Lexi: I love having a voice but it's also opened up so many incredible opportunities that I never would have had the chance to do without my blog. I've designed an outfit for a doll company, gone to fashion shows whilst I still had braces and even met some amazing internet friends as well.
W.E: How do you define beauty?
Lexi:Obviously it's something physically appealing but for me beauty is more of a state of mind. Whenever you feel happiest and most content with the way you look, I think that's when you are most beautiful.
W.E: Your all time favourite wardrobe ensemble?
Lexi: Ah that's a hard one! I'm always creating new looks so it changes all the time. I think I will always love my black combat boots with a full skirt.
W.E: Name a wardrobe item you'd be lost without.
Lexi: My combat boots or my yellow Kanken backpack. I wear both every day and they complete any look.
W.E: Finally, what is your favourite Wear Eponymous piece this season?
Lexi: Definitely the Classic Camel Trench Coat. It's such a nice version of a classic piece and perfect for rainy London days!
