With the digital age, came the birth of bloggers – the new digital age media army, with fashion and beauty warriors alike helping to set and develop trends around the globe. Every Monday, Wear Eponymous sits down to interview an up and coming blogger that has shown skill, quality and excellent blogging values.
This week we interview Sian Froggatt from beauty and lifestyle blog, Sian Marie beauty blog.
W.E: Hey Sian! Tell us who you are!
Sian: Hey there! I'm a 24 year old beauty and lifestyle blogger, but who enjoys a well put together outfit. I have only been on the blogging scene since January but I am loving interacting with new people everyday and finding out new trends and what/how to wear them.
W:E: What inspired you to begin blogging?
Sian: Friends kept asking me for make up tips, so I thought why not share my thoughts with the world. Plus I love talk, so here I am :)
W.E: What are your favourite trends just now?
Sian: Pastels and floral. You can make a beautiful piece out of simple designs that include these. I think the brand F&F have done this trend brilliantly this year.
W.E: In your opinion, what is the ultimate classic wardrobe piece?
Sian: I love a good pair of jeans. Jeans never go out of fashion. Regardless of the cut or shape.
W.E: What is "beauty" to you?
Sian: Beauty to me is, confidence. If your personality is shining, then so are you. No amount of make-up can portray that.
W.E: Tell us a funny fashion story!
Sian: I once went to a party all glammed up, ready to dance the night way. Only to realise half way through the night that my dress was on backwards...Luckily no one had noticed when I popped to the toilets for a quick flip around and carried on the night. From now on I triple check I have items on the correct way!
W.E: Skirts or trousers and why.
Sian: I would have to say trousers. I do like skirts, but only when I have tanned legs. No one wants to see these pasty pins. So defiantly trousers for me.
W.E: Finally, what is your favourite Wear Eponymous piece this season?
Sian: I am loving the Pastel Jacket. Blazers are popping up everywhere and I think mixing two bang on trends is a great idea. Really do love it!
