W.E: Hey! Tell us who you are!

Katie: I'm Katie a 20 year old soon to be 2nd year illustration student from Manchester. I love all things 60's especially the music and fashion of the era. My last name is Lennon but unfortunately I'm in no way related to him. I have watched every Friends episodes far too many times!

W.E: What made you venture into blogging?

Katie: I started blogging mainly because I wanted to share my love of fashion and I'd also been reading other people's blogs, so I thought I'd give it a try. I've shared mainly wishlists due to being too poor to buy the products myself or being too shy to post photos of me wearing them! Now I'm at uni I mainly blog when my boyfriend leaves me to go and watch a football match. I hope to do more outfit posts, reviews on beauty products in the future and to post more often on my blog.

W.E: What is your go-to summer hair-do?

Katie: I normally just wear it down with a few waves in for a beachy look. However, when it's simply too warm to have your hair down I'd go for either a slick pony tail or a bee-hive (but, I'm still trying to master that). Hopefully, one day I can try and pull off the Brigitte Bardot look. I love the slick pony tail hair-do as it can look great day or night and is super easy to create!

W.E: What has been the most rewarding factor about blogging for you?

Katie: Just knowing people are reading what I have to say is rewarding enough!

W.E: How do you define beauty?

Katie: I think there are two definitions of beauty, the beauty that is aesthetically pleasing. I think the most important beauty to have is the beauty with in, surely looking flawless should count for less than being a good person, with a lovely personality... I think the most important thing is to be comfortable in your own skin.

W.E: Your all time favourite wardrobe ensemble?

Katie: ahh I can't pick between two! It's between my silk blouse (which was just £1!) and floral mini skirt and my Chelsea boots OR my collared paisley shift dress, my wedge heeled Chelsea boots and my fedora to complete the look!

W.E: Name a wardrobe item you'd be lost without.

Katie: My black skinny jeans definitely! So easy to pull on with a band t-shirt or cami top and add a fedora (maybe a statement necklace) to jazz it up. Black skinny jeans can be worn day and night, flat or converses during the day and then teamed with some heels for a night out.

W.E: Finally, what is your favourite Wear Eponymous piece this season?

Katie: Well, I'm going to be cheeky and break the rules by picking two favourites. My first favourite item is the pink Shift dress, very 60's so right down my street! The shape is really flattering and looks nice & light which would be perfect for the warm weather that we've been having recently. I'd wear it with my heeled Chelsea boots and fedora to just go all out 60's. I also really need the SewLomax Luscious Lemon lipstick pouch as I'm forever wearing lipstick and losing the lid for it in my bag.
